• By engaging Rockett Express LLC's services, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in the service agreement.

3. Payment Terms:

a. Invoicing:

• Invoices will be issued based on the agreed-upon payment schedule or frequency outlined in the service agreement.

b. Payment Due:

• Payment is due within the specified timeframe indicated on the invoice.

c. Late Payments:

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

b. Cancellation Charges:

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to charges outlined in the service agreement.

5. Service Completion:

a. Client Inspection:

• Clients are encouraged to inspect the completed services promptly and communicate any concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

b. Acceptance:

• Upon the client's acceptance of the completed services, the services are considered final.

6. Liability:

Rockett Express LLC will take utmost care in providing commercial cleaning services.

a. Limitation of Liability:

• Rockett Express LLC is not liable for any damage or loss beyond its control.

b. Insurance:

• Rockett Express LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage, and clients are encouraged to review our insurance policy if needed.

7. Confidentiality:

a. Confidential Information:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential information exchanged during the provision of services.

8. Modification of Terms:

Rockett Express LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
